RELATIONS TO THE ATMOSPHERE 

By understanding the following things;

1. Time and distance (2 Peter 3:8) Age is not a limiting factor in the spiritual realm. God can use anyone and from anywhere for as long the spirit of God is upon them. God called a 4 year child to address a priest Eli. (1 Samuel 3:4)

God called the prophet Jeremiah while in his mother’s womb. (Jeremiah 1:15)

Distance is not a limiting factor for a spirit can move to any location, and our God is omnipresent.

2. Thoughts and imaginations. (Psalms 139:1-2, Proverbs 23:6-7, Romans 12:2) Be in control of what you think. The spirit world quickly picks up your thoughts and puts them into reality in the physical world.

3. Words. (John 6:63)The words which you speak, are spirit and they are life. Whatever you say becomes alive and remains in motion in the spiritual realm. Words affects your atmosphere.

4. Light and darkness. A person is recognized by the light that comes/shines from them. In the spiritual realm you emit light or darkness. At the point of salvation the Lord God puts his spirit in you and you become a shining light in the spiritual realm. Physical bodies are not recognised in the spiritual realm. The purpose of light is to light up your spirit so that you can attract those who are in darkness. (Matthew 5:14, Colossians 1:13, Isaiah 42:3, Revelation 2:3, Isaiah 2:5) The more you walk with God, the more your light shines brighter.

TYPES OF ATMOSPHERES

1. Sad/heavy atmosphere (Nehemiah 2:2, 1 Samuel 1:15)

2. Happy / Joyful atmosphere (Psalms 100:1)

3. Evil /oppressive atmosphere. (Ephesians 6:12, 1 Samuel 16:14-23)

4. Godly /Holy atmosphere. (Exodus 3:5)

FACTS ABOUT ATMOSPHERES

1. Atmosphere can be sad, happy, godly and evil.

2. Atmosphere doesn’t just exist, it is created and therefore it can be destroyed

3. Atmospheres are controlled by the spiritual world.

4. Atmospheres are responsible for whatever happens here on earth.

5. Atmosphere can lead to success or defeat

WAYS OF CHANGING YOUR ATMOSPHERE

1. What you watch and listen. E.g Music and videos. The spiritual realm responds to sounds and light

2. Prayer is a powerful tool when done with faith. It welcomes the presence of God.

3. Fasting and prayer overcomes even the most difficult situations

4. Praise and worship.

Creat an atmosphere for God to occupy. The presence of God overrules all other atmospheres.

5. Godly fellowship. (Who surrounds you matters).

6. The word of God.

7. Sacrifices: the atmosphere responds to sacrifices.

7. The man/shepherd of God over your life by speaking, he /she can shift your atmosphere.
